Helping Baby Sleep

Help Online

Online consultations are perfect for parents wanting help identifying the causes for baby’s sleeplessness, with advice and strategies on how to overcome them to give baby, and you, a good night’s rest.

Help in Person

If you’ve reached a point where you’re simply exhausted and need in-person support to establish a consistent and healthy sleep routine for your baby, this is the service for you.

Workshops

My workshops are the perfect place to learn, with other moms, how to help your baby sleep. I will share with you 18-years of experience, learnings, tips and resources that will help baby, and you, achieve rest day and night. Programs are curated for different age groups to streamline learnings to your little ones. Also a great way to meet other moms and create a community.

Workshops are conducted online and in-person.

SCIENCE & WISDOM

At Little Rays, our approach is deeply holistic—blending evidence-based knowledge with the time-honoured wisdom of our communities and elders. We see birth not just as a medical event, but as a sacred rite of passage, where the mother deserves to be supported, honoured, and celebrated. Our role is to walk alongside parents—never above them—offering guidance rooted in nearly two decades of experience, up-to-date science, and heartfelt care. We’re here to empower women to advocate for the birth experience they truly want, and to support parents as they make the choices that feel right for their babies and their families. No shame, no pressure—just a toolkit of practical tips, gentle encouragement, and full respect for your intuition. As we continue our training to offer full-spectrum doula services, our mission remains simple: to nurture the nurturers, with wisdom, warmth and unwavering support.

Is baby experiencing any of these?

Short naps and insufficient daytime sleep.
Frequent night wakings.
Split nights disrupting rest.
Early morning wake-ups.
Challenges with self-settling.
Unsettled baby.
Prolonged crying.
Upset at naps or bedtime.
Long and difficult bedtime routines.
Struggles transitioning to own room.
Toddlers waking and leaving their room overnight.

These are not challenges you need to put up with. They are caused by underlying issues that are easily managed to turn things around, ensuring parents and baby get the sleep they need to thrive.
